My PC has 2 ESata ports, but they are in use and I needed another ESata port. I looked around and I bought this one (it has 2 ports). When I got it I wasn't sure if I needed to install from the disk that came with it.I went to the website and asked and someone called me back right away. He spoke English and was very pleasant.
