StarTech IDE2SAT25
There seems to be a little confusion on this product. I have not seen the packaging for it so I don't know if it claims it works both ways but according to StarTech's website, it is described only as a Host or Motherboard IDE/PATA connector to SATA drive adapter. Most likely the person that originally wrote the description was confused or misinformed of it's capabilities or they didn't understand that the ide connector on host side works differently that the ide connector on the drive side.I have only seen one product that is suppose to work both ways but it was much bigger than this simple approx. 1 inch X 4 inch single chip board and is connected ...
