Simply put it works. Set it down, plugged it into my Win7 x64 machine via provided USB cable, plugged the dock's power adapter in, dropped in a 750gb sata drive, turned it on, turned on my computer, all good and perfect. Computer recognized the external hd automatically and has been happily letting me do all kinds of work, copying, tests, etc. on it. Not a single glitch or complaint.
