Initially, after receiving the KVM the keyboard would not respond on one of my computers. I struggled for several hours, figuring the problem on one of my computers was attributable to an Operating System driver or CMOS issue. Eventually I wrote StarView customer service for help. While the response was timely, the advice was generic and didn't address my issue (I gave them detailed info on my troubleshooting steps).Eventually as a last resort, I removed the dozen cables to the KVM switch and transposed the A-B cabling to my two computers.
