Great replacement for my Dimenion 8400. I installed the StarTech power supply around a month ago and so far no problems. Installation was very simple (took me about 10 minutes from opening the tower to having the computer running again, and this was my first time changing any computer hardware).The only complaint I have is how the unit is held in place. It lacks the rails that were present on Dell's original power supply so the "hook" on the inside of the tower did not have a place it could slide into. As a result the holes for the screws in the back of the power supply were a bit out of alignment with the tower ... This 400 Watt
